trendpluto is a private trend-intelligence engine operated by an individual (contact: [email protected]). These terms govern use of the dashboard at trendpluto.com and the API at api.trendpluto.com.

Access

Access is by invitation only. The dashboard admits a fixed allowlist of Google accounts; the API admits named products holding an issued API key. There is no public registration, and attempting to reach either surface without an issued credential is not authorised use. Access may be granted, narrowed or revoked at any time, without notice, at the operator's discretion.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your credential, session or API key with anyone else.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, probe for other accounts' data, or interfere with the service's availability.
• Use the data the service brokers in line with the terms of the platforms it was harvested from (YouTube, Instagram and others).

The data

trendpluto aggregates publicly available platform metrics. It is provided as an operational aid, without any warranty that it is accurate, complete or current. Third-party platform content surfaced through the dashboard remains the property of its owners and is subject to those platforms' own terms.

No warranty, no liability

The service is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind and no guarantee of availability, uptime or data retention. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. It may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.

Privacy

Personal data handling is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

Updated terms take effect when posted here, and the date at the top changes with them. Continued use after a change means acceptance of it.
